It's fun to watch all the cool new exercises that our customers come up with. We've seen a 72 year old heart attack survivor perform innovative Core Flyte mobility exercises, a pregnant woman demonstrate Core Flyte lunges (with great form!), and even a 19 year old show off handstands on his Core Flytes. The creativity is exciting, but what's more exciting is when our customers inspire others.

Over the past two months, one of our customers -- Jody Goldenfield -- has lit up her social media (and ours) with her impressive Core Flyte exercise videos. Jody is a fitness fanatic and you can tell the moment you look at her Instagram account. Besides her athletic prowess and love and support of fitness enthusiasts all around the world, Jody impresses me because she proudly displays her age in her social media posts, using the motto "Fit at 58." She displays a wide array of moves that show her strength and flexibility, from one-arm pushups to high Core Flyte pikes. And she does it all while serving as a role model for all of us who may be intimidated by the aging process. Jody confidently -- and publicly -- beats Father Time on a daily basis and for that we owe her a debt of gratitude.
